Synthesia is a legal entity, joint-stock company that was established on 1st January 1994 and is located in Pardubice, Semtín 103, zip code 530 02, Czech Republic, IČ 60108916. The main activity is production, sale and processing of chemical products and activities that support this field.

Total annual sales in 2023 achieve approximately 188.4 millions EUR. The predominant part of the company production is realized on foreign markets. In 2023 the share of exports in total sales reached more than 75%. The main export areas are USA, Germany, Italy, France and Spain.

Synthesia employs more than 1,400 workers.

Synthesia has significant capital participation in companies VUOS (research institute of organic syntheses), SYNTHESIA POLSKA and INVAZ.
